Holding Steady ("we," "us," "our") operates the website at holdingsteady.co and sells digital guides through our online store. By browsing this site or purchasing a guide, you agree to these terms.

What we sell

Every guide is a downloadable PDF delivered instantly after purchase. Guides are educational and informational content -- not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Where a guide touches on health, safety, or money, we say so directly inside that guide, and we mean it: talk to your own doctor, therapist, or advisor for anything specific to your situation.

Purchases and delivery

Purchases are processed through our store at shop.holdingsteady.co. Once payment is complete, you'll receive a download link by email. All sales are final -- see our refund policy for details, including what we do if a download link doesn't work.

Using what you buy

When you buy a guide, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to download and read it for your own household's use. You're welcome to print a copy for yourself. What you can't do: resell, redistribute, share the file publicly, repost the content elsewhere, or use it to create a competing product. Everything in every guide -- the text, the design, the illustrations -- is copyrighted and belongs to us.

Using this site

Don't use this site to do anything illegal, to attempt to access parts of the site or store you're not authorized to access, or to interfere with how the site or store functions for other people.

No guarantee of outcomes

Every family is different, and we can't promise a specific result from following any guide. We share what's worked broadly, grounded in real research where relevant, but we're not able to guarantee it'll play out the same way in your household.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Holding Steady isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our guides. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
